If you’re an employer: we set up your account in a single 20-minute call. You decide which panel, who pays, and how results are returned (portal, fax, or direct email to your DER). Employees walk in with a barcode and our billing flows directly to your account — no employee out-of-pocket.
All non-negative results are reviewed by a Medical Review Officer (MRO) before reporting to the employer. The MRO reconciles any non-negative against prescription medications on file — protecting both the employee and the employer.
