What to bring

A short checklist so we can get you in, out, and back to your day.

  • Photo ID

    Driver’s license, state ID, or passport. Required for any chain-of-custody, court-ordered, or DOT-regulated test.

  • Any paperwork from the requesting party

    For employer, court, or school-required tests, bring the form or barcode your requesting party has issued.

  • A list of current medications

    For drug screens with a prescription, bring your prescription details. A Medical Review Officer (MRO) verifies and re-classifies legitimate prescriptions as negative.

  • Payment method

    Cash, credit, debit, or HSA / FSA card. Pricing is final at check-in — no balance billing.

  • For fasting tests, just water

    Coffee with cream, gum, mints, and morning meds (unless instructed otherwise) all break the fast. Plain water is fine.
