The Comprehensive Thyroid Panel measures the four markers that together give a complete picture of thyroid function — TSH (thyroid-stimulating hormone), Free T3 (active thyroid hormone), Free T4 (storage thyroid hormone), and thyroid antibodies (TPO and TgAb).
