There are a small number of advanced specialty tests where a physician-supervised workup makes the result meaningful (some genetic testing, certain hormone replacement protocols). For those, we sometimes recommend you bring a physician’s recommendation. For 99% of routine and wellness blood work, you walk in and we do the rest.
